First I must say that it works.
I don't have a problem getting an erection, but keeping it at full hardness throughout the session has been getting tougher.
Once I tried this Rhino, I was fully hard throughout. My wife reached orgasm twice and I was still going strong. I was waiting for her to have a third, but she was worn out from the first two.
The effect lasted several days.
I didn't get a headache at first, but I did get stuffy nose and later congestion that lead to headache.
The other side effect was heartburn.
With that said, some Sudafed for congestion and tums for heartburn took care of the side effects.
It was worth it though.
Drink plenty of water when you take it.

I tried some other brand to avoid the side effects, but I got the side effects anyway and the good effects weren't as good as this. So I'm sticking with this for now.
